Who We Are

 

TeachCare Staffing is a U.S.-based teacher referral and training consultancy headquartered in Virginia.

 

We were founded by an educator with:

  • Nearly 20 years of K–12 experience in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia

  • A Master’s degree in Education and certification in instructional leadership

  • A strong foundation in Philippine education, with prior experience as a school administrator

  • Deep cross-cultural relationships with international teachers, universities, and school systems

  • A strict, compliance-first operational model that upholds Department of State guidelines

What We Do

  • We are your teacher readiness and referral partner.

  • We are not a recruitment agency.

  • We are not a visa sponsor.

We do not process immigration paperwork or guarantee U.S. visa issuance, school placement, or employment offers. All immigration-related processes are handled by designated J-1 visa sponsors and/or school districts in accordance with federal guidelines.

TeachCare Staffing:

  • Does not charge placement or referral fees to teachers

  • Does not operate under DMW/POEA licensing and does not engage in overseas employment placement

  • Works exclusively with U.S.-based partners and authorized visa sponsors
