Who We Are
TeachCare Staffing is a U.S.-based teacher referral and training consultancy headquartered in Virginia.
We were founded by an educator with:

Nearly 20 years of K–12 experience in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia

A Master’s degree in Education and certification in instructional leadership

A strong foundation in Philippine education, with prior experience as a school administrator

Deep cross-cultural relationships with international teachers, universities, and school systems

A strict, compliance-first operational model that upholds Department of State guidelines
