Welcome to TeachCare Global

Your Pathway to Teaching in the U.S. — Compliant. Prepared. Empowered.

Welcome to TeachCare Global — a U.S.-based referral and training program dedicated to preparing qualified international educators, especially from the Philippines, for long-term teaching success in American K–12 schools through the U.S. J-1 Teacher Exchange Program.

We are not a recruiter, not a visa sponsor, and never a placement agency.
We are your trusted partner in readiness, compliance, and referral.

Why Choose TeachCare?

  • No Placement Fees — We never charge teachers for job placement

  • U.S.-Based & Compliant — We work only with authorized J-1 visa sponsors

  • Expert Preparation — Demo coaching, interview support, classroom training

  • Ethical Referrals — We match you with legitimate sponsors and host schools

  • Ongoing Mentorship — Support before and after your U.S. arrival

If you are selected, your visa will be processed only by an authorized J-1 sponsor. We guide you through the journey, but do not issue visas or make final hiring decisions.
